ThankFor is a platform exclusively for sharing positive experiences. It may not be used for complaints, accusations or targeting others.

The thank-you note you write must be based on a real experience. Content that is fictional, written in exchange for payment or created by the institution itself will be removed.

Personal data such as phone numbers, addresses and ID numbers may not be shared. An employee’s name may be included; the initial of their last name is enough.

Texts containing insults, discrimination, advertising or spam are not published.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Each person may open only one account.

If conduct that violates the rules is detected, the account may be suspended or closed.

Golden Idea Contests are launched by institutions, and the prize is awarded by the institution. ThankFor does not act as an intermediary in the distribution of prizes and is not responsible for the payment being made.

The idea you submit is shared with the institution that launched the contest. The right to use winning ideas passes to the institution.

Procedures such as registering the idea, filing a patent application and transferring the idea to the institution that launched the contest are at the user’s own discretion and responsibility. ThankFor is not a party to these processes and does not act as an intermediary.

Content on the platform is created by users. ThankFor does not guarantee the accuracy of content; it reviews reported content that violates the rules and removes it.
